Once invitations are sent out there will be a tab on this page that will allow you to RSVP for the welcome party and the ceremony/reception and make meal preferences!

Ahead of the ceremony, there will be a shuttle departing from the Steamboat Grand promptly at 3:30 PM. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to the hotel at various times throughout the night. ALL GUESTS MUST ARRIVE AND LEAVE ON PROVIDED SHUTTLES

No all guests must arrive and depart on the provided shuttles. All other vehicles will be turned away at the gate.

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors while the reception will take place indoors. Guests will have to walk on grass and gravel to access the ceremony site. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

Unfortunately. we are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding due to venue size restrictions. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated

Our wedding is an adults-only celebration. Due to venue safety restrictions, we are unable to accommodate children of any age, including infants and newborns. Attendance is limited to those specifically named on the invitation.

Yes we have a discount with Avis and Budget. Please see the Travel Page for more information. Please note that for the Ceremony and Reception all guest must use the provided shuttles, rental cars cannot be driven to the property.

If you have dietary restrictions (i.e. gluten free, dairy free, nut allergy, etc.) please note this on your RSVP when prompted.

Yes! Although your presence is enough of a gift we have created a registry that can be located on this page.

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We will have a photographer and videographer capturing the whole thing so ask that guest keep their phones and cameras put away.
